  • Constantine the Great Created the Catholic Church for genocide of 45,000 Christians

#christians #romancatholic #opression #religion #genocide In 325, at the Council of Nicea, Constantine the Great created the Catholic Church after a genocide of 45,000 Christians, where he tortured them to renounce Reincarnation. At the same time the religious books of all the villages of the empire are collected and thus create THE BIBLE. In 327, Constantine, known as the emperor of Rome, ordered Jerome to translate the Vulgate version in Latin, changing the Hebrew proper names and adulterating the scriptures. In 431, the cult of the VIRGIN was invented. In 594, PURGATORY was invented. In 610, the title of the POPE was invented. In 788, worship of pagan deities was imposed. In 995, the meaning of kadosh (set aside) was changed to saint. In 1079, the celibacy of priests is imposed >> a totally Catholic word. In 1090, the Rosary was imposed. In 1184, the Inquisition was perpetrated. In 1190, indulgences are sold. In 1215, confession was imposed on the priests. In 1216, Pope Innocent III's tale of the terror of bread (a god in Greek mythology), which turns into human flesh, was invented. In 1311, the batesimo prevailed. In 1439, the non-existent PURGATORY was dogmatized. In 1854, the immaculate Conception was invented. In 1870, the absurdity of an infallible pope was imposed, in which the concept of Contracting was invented There are more than 2,500 things invented by this religion to enslave human beings to Christianity ... Religions and their Gods were created as a means of MANIPULATION and BUSINESS. As part of the EVOLUTION of the human being is the FREEDOM of these means of manipulation. Although little by little the human being is in the era of AWAKENING, young people are LESS RELIGIOUS every day for two more generations and the Catholic religion will be in its decline. (I wish to see that moment) Everything will be part of our EVOLUTION. It is up to you to continue believing what you now believe to be the absolute truth, because you have not questioned yourself ... question yourself and you will see that all religions are an invention ... of man. • How Lucifer and Jesus are seen as the Morning star!

#lucifer #morningstar #truth #greekmythology I read an interesting article pertaining to exactly this. It explains who Lucifer was according to Greek Mythology before Judeo Christianity ever added him to the bible. The proof is all there so if you are feeling a little akward working with Lucifer due to the mind programming of other abrahmic religions, this will make you feel at ease. I completely understand coming from a Roman Catholic background myself we had Lucifer and Satan beaten into our heads to fear these entities who had the power to challenge the God of the Torah. https://theamericanminvra.com/2021/06/18/everything-about-lucifer-in-ancient-mythology/ According to Morge, could Jesus be the same as Lucifer? Its very interesting for they both have very similar characteristics. They both fought against Yawheh an evil vengeful God wanting adoration and worship for all eternity. His videos are very knowledgeable and informative. Morges mission is to awaken the sheep from the religious programming.

  • Welcome to Ravenmoonshadow Temple Inc!!

#ravenmoonshadowtemple #luciferian #lefthandpath #pagan #satanic We decided to resurrect our temple in the name of Paganism & Luciferienism. To educate the public on paganism, and the bloody history of the people who lost their lives defending their beliefs in the old pagan gods. If you are for breaking free from the confinements of a judeo christian society which the USA and many other countries adopted to worship an oppressive God to bow down too, created by the zionists, its time to awaken to the power and enlightenment which Lucifer brings to the world. We are very excited to launch our temple on Saint Patricks day which also marked a day of butchering and genocide among the Irish people to counteract these dark energies to bring these old stories into the light. Join us by subscribing to our site. Stay tuned to our show Moving Beyond the Matrix on https://freedomizerradio.com every Sunday evenings at 6pm pst and Wednesdays at 4:30pm Pst. spreading Truth and Freedom to the world! Luciferianism is a belief system that is sometimes associated with Satanism but focuses on the deification and liberation of the self. Here are a few key principles that are often associated with Luciferianism: 1. Individualism: Luciferianism emphasizes the importance of the individual and the pursuit of personal growth and enlightenment. 2. Seeking knowledge: Luciferians are encouraged to seek knowledge, wisdom, and self-improvement. 3. Personal responsibility: Luciferians believe in taking responsibility for their own actions and choices. 4. Opposition to authoritarianism: Luciferians often reject traditional authority and seek to break free from societal norms and restrictions. 5. Embracing change and transformation: Luciferianism is often associated with concepts of change, transformation, and evolution. 6. Balance of light and darkness: Luciferians may see value in exploring both light and darkness within themselves and the world. 7. Self-deification: Some Luciferians may strive for self-deification, seeing themselves as divine or striving for godlike qualities. We add to these principles for our temple 8. We see the power in practicing Magick to manipulate the reality we live to conform to our desires! 9. That no authority has any right to tell you what you should or shouldn’t do with your own body unless you give them permission! We protect our members from being coerced into injecting foreign objects into their bodies. Science or not, you as a human being have the right to say no! Science was hijacked and manipulated by the exact echelons who are using human energy as their food! 10. We support and protect Mother Nature and her inhabitants. 11. We engage in rituals to align with natural rhythms of life marked by lunar phases and seasonal cycles. 12. Our intelligence entails a responsibility to live harmoniously with nature, respecting the balance it offers. 13. We acknowledge a profound power beyond the ordinary, inherent in all. This Creative Power manifests through polarities, masculine and feminine, within all individuals. 14. We value and balance these energies in magical practices. We acknowledge both outer and inner worlds, recognizing the interplay between them in paranormal and magical phenomena. 15. We reject authoritarian hierarchies, instead honoring knowledge-sharing, wisdom, and courageous leadership. 16. Religion, magic, and life wisdom are intertwined in our worldview and lifestyle known as WitchCraft & Luciferianism 17. We do not worship any entities such as Lucifer or Satan. We instead see these archetypes as a symbol of liberation and freedom as well as powerful entities. We see them as our kin and guides. These beings, and the demonic are the Ancient pagan Gods that came thousands of years before judeo Christianity demonized them. This Judeo belief of worshipping a tyrannical God is also the foundation of Zionism which is responsible for the murder of millions of humans on this planet in the name of their religion. Nazi Germany who was funded by a rich fanatical Jewish group known as the Bolshevik’s, the Russian Revolution where 60 million Russians were slaughtered and was funded by the Rothschilds who are also Zionist Jews. Now not all Jewish religions are Zionist which is a fanatical branch of Judaism. Through this fanatical sect Christianity was created to dominate over the human population to control them into slavehood and turning Jesus into a cash cow for the church! This gave the echelons power over the people in the western world as we now see with the banking system, creating birth certificate bonds in people’s names and using it to control and enslave and monetize off them and their children. Isn’t that why we see so many kidnappings of our children for human trafficking purposes to feed the echelons that in their human sacrificing rituals and adrenachrome drinking for their age reversals. What woke me up from A deep sleep was when I researched and became a secured creditor and foreign agent. With this powerful knowledge I put a stop to child support and my ex husbands abuse! Which is a huge victory for me! This vindictive snake had an affair with my so-called friend and decided to trick me into flying to see my family across the country that we needed a break for 2 weeks! He did this with the power of his parents who were masons. During the times I couldn’t see them I researched on how corrupt the system was and discovered that It was based on the color of law which is false. Along with their defacto fictional courts that have no legal standing! Although I was already a practicing witch and magician since the age of 17, I didn’t find true power until I started working with Azazel who helped me along my journey. I’ve been working with him since 2014 and he never ceases to amaze me. I learned about working with him through EA Koetting another black magickian and founder of becomingalivinggod.com. He gave me the balls you might say to truly own my power in working with the dark forces! Something we’ve been told not to work with by society! To me Luciferianism and being a Powerful Foreign Agent freed me from the parasitical tenticles of this oppressive matrix of lies! The United States constitution was based on Judaism and the Ten Commandments. When your boys are born the parent are told to circumcise their sons for cleanliness for example. Hence, one nation under God! Their oppressive God! How can anyone find freedom in that? While following the path as a secured creditor and then later a demonolatress and Luciferian, it truly opened my eyes that our system is Jewish based. Many of the people in power running the USA are Jewish! Even Donald Trump himself. He was trained assisted by the Rothschilds while he started earlier in his career. What this temple is about is self governing and sovereignty. To be the living God Goddess you already are and to stop feeding these parasites with your energy. We’ve entered the Age of Aquarius the Luciferian Age of Enlightenment where we realize our minds have been high jacked by a very powerful group that created oppressive religions, the banking systems, the World Health Organization to tell you what you can and cannot do with your bodies!! Luciferianism is based on the principe of self realization and enlightenment. We see the truth for what it truly is.

  • Powerful Moon Rituals

#moonritual #pagan #magick #energy Moon Rituals Through all the phases of human progress and development, the moon has been a constant source of guidance. It has always been a timekeeper for us, a calendar, a navigator for travelers and birds, a source of light during the nighttime, and much more. As time and research increased our knowledge, we also discovered the moon's role in controlling the tidal waves and our emotions. Hence, we understood the importance of moon phases on our well-being. The feminine quality of the moon is often compared to that of womanhood, where each cycle brings a new phase in your life. Understanding our connection with the moon can help us better harness its energy and improve our mental, physical, and spiritual state. It can help us develop habits that we need more of, be it self-love, compassion, gratitude, or reflection. A Ritual For Each Cycle Practicing certain rituals to align yourself with the moon cycle will help you dedicate time, attention, and focus on harnessing the energy you desire. Creating certain rituals for each phase is also ideal for better understanding your cycles, needs, and wants. It will empower you to take advantage of the changing energies to shift your mental and spiritual mindset. Phase 1: New Moon During this phase, the moon is wholly darkened with no illumination as it prepares for a new cycle. This phase represents new beginnings, so use this time to set new goals and intentions, work on new projects, and sow the seeds for your plans. Use this time to pause, reflect, let go, and welcome positive energies that will benefit your new beginning. Ritual To Practice To set new intentions, it is essential to reflect within to recognize what you want to achieve in this new moon cycle. Once you have the goals in mind, write them down in a journal. With the intentions set in a paper, repeat the goals as affirmations and end each sentence with "and it will." By doing so, you will be putting your goals out in the Universe and manifesting your desires. Reflect on your previous intentions with each new cycle and update them accordingly. With gratitude and patience, you will witness your manifestations turn into reality. Phase 2: Waxing Moon With the moon's illumination expansion comes a time for you to focus on your growth. After all the planning and goal setting during Phase 1, it is time to work on achieving those goals. It is a good time to motivate and commit yourself to what you are hoping to achieve. However, it is essential to be realistic with your efforts and understand the importance of setting boundaries. The waxing moon is the ideal time to focus on your transformation, nurture your inner self, and enjoy challenging yourself to grow. Ritual To Practice For this phase, we recommend using a Tarot or Oracle deck to find inspiration to fulfill your intentions. Once you have a deck in hand, take a deep breath and recall your intentions, then shuffle the deck. Drawing two cards from the deck, use each to represent a different aspect of your intention. One should clarify your intentions, and the other should describe the action needed to fulfill the intent. Whatever the card represents, sit with the message sent, and contemplate how you will implement it. Phase 3: Full Moon During this phase, the moon's entirety is illuminated and as bright as possible. This phase represents fulfillment, fertility, transformation, and abundance, with each aspect blooming and growing. This is an ideal time to focus on your life as well. Reflect on things that bring you abundance and those that no longer serve you any purpose. Direct your energy to beneficial things and let go of loose strings. Your intuition and psychic abilities will be heightened during this phase. Hence, connecting with your higher self and realizing what is beneficial, and releasing what no longer serves you is helpful. Ritual To Practice When the moon is at its highest, it radiates the most positive and pure energy. Your ritual during this phase should be to recharge your crystals. Place your crystals in an area where the moon shines directly on them. Choose a clean, dry place and let the crystals absorb as much cosmic energy as possible in 48 hours. The freshly cleansed and energized crystals will provide more efficient and long-lasting results. Phase 4: Waning Moon During this phase, the moon's illumination lessens into a soft light. It represents a time of resting, relaxing, and recharging yourself. After a cycle of constantly working on fulfilling your intentions, it is now essential for you to find time to put a hold on life completely. This is an excellent time to reflect on your previous goal and let go of old intentions. Focus on preparing yourself for new intentions and the new lunar phase. Declutter, cleanse, and heal to start a new phase of growth. Ritual To Practice The ideal ritual to practice is clutter cleansing, whether in your surroundings, mind, or spiritual journey. It is essential to go through this ritual since it can affect your energy which in turn will cause hindrance in your next cycle. Setting realistic decluttering goals allows you to achieve a clean space that will enable growth. It is impossible to clean out your entire house or every aspect of yourself in one cycle, so sticking to your current goals and showing gratitude for what you have achieved is essential. When the old goes out, the new comes in. Ensure that you are keeping a clean space to follow the rituals of the cycle. A dedicated area to journal, meditate, or get inspiration from your Tarot or Oracle cards will help you work on your intentions more efficiently. For beginners, it seems complicated to fit these rituals into your daily routine. But these rituals demand very little time and can bring incredible benefits to your life. Hence, it is essential to dedicate a part of your day to improve yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually.

  • The Power of Meditation and How it Can Change your Life

By Fawn Johnston PhD. aka Druanna Aug 10 2023 Introduction Meditation has had a profound impact on my life, and it all began when I watched the movie "The Secret" and heard about Holosync, a system that promised to offer deeper meditation experiences. At the time, my mind was in disarray, and I felt I needed more clarity and direction in my life. I had always wanted to meditate, but my restless mind made it quite impossible to do so in a traditional way. That's why I decided to start with Holosync, hoping that it would help me. After listening to Holosync for just four months, my life began to change in amazing ways. Opportunities that I could never have envisioned began to manifest in my life. During this period, my husband, who was serving in the Navy, was away on a six-month mission. I missed him terribly and was left to take care of our two babies alone. However, meditation became my go-to activity, helping me to calm my emotions during this trying period. One of the most impactful quotes that stuck with me during this period was from Buddha, "Stop trying to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass!" It completely resonated with me as, from a young age, I was diagnosed with ADHD, making it impossible to control my mind's distractions. However, I understood that if I could find a way to calm my mind and focus more, I could improve my life significantly. I continued to meditate daily, even after the Holosync experience, and my life continued to improve. I discovered Hatha Yoga, which further improved my meditation and helped my restless body. Three times a week, I would go to the gym to practice yoga, providing me with the much-needed break from taking care of my babies. It was during this period that I also started a YouTube channel where I talked about meditation and other topics. Four months of daily meditation led to a positive transformation throughout my life. To supplement my meditation practice, I took classes in Hatha Yoga three times a week. Going to the gym and attending yoga classes also gave me a much-needed break from taking care of my children. During this period, I started a YouTube channel discussing metaphysics, my meditation experience, and my favorite writer, David Icke. My videos gained popularity, and I became a Spiritual Celebrity and an expert in my field as a Life Coach and Psychic intuitive. This was a magical experience, and everything I had ever dreamed of has come true- all thanks to daily meditation. I also experienced Samadhi, the feeling of unity with everything. Enlightenment is a state of profound inner transformation and self-realization. This state can be referred to as spiritual awakening, liberation, illumination, or satori. It can be experienced at different degrees and depths, ranging from a temporary and brief sense of reality to the ultimate realization of Buddhahood, the fullest expression of Enlightenment. (Das, Surya Lama 1997)(15) Meditation allowed me to become more mindful and present, less influenced by the chaotic “monkey mind.” This transformative experience is my motivation for writing this thesis, to share with others the positive effects of meditation. Meditation can help individuals live in the moment and connect with their higher selves, fulfilling the biblical quote “The Kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:20-21). The purpose of this thesis is to show that the power of daily Meditation can connect us with our higher self to ¨Know Thy Self, and be fully joyful in the present moment, which helps to overcome our limitations, such as fear, stress, and anxiety which prevents us from living a more successful and fulfilling life. To achieve this, I explore the experience of meditation, its history, benefits, and how to meditate effectively. Meditation has a long history, dating back to 500 BCE when the Buddha began teaching meditation in Nepal. Since then, it has spread throughout the world, with many people meditating daily to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health. Research has shown that daily meditation improves brain function, helps to reduce stress and anxiety, enhances emotional stability and heightens feelings of positivity. In addition, meditation can lead individuals to feel compassion, empathy and improve their overall relationships with others. Effective meditation involves finding a quiet, comfortable space to sit or lie down, focusing on the breath, and letting go of distractions. There are many other types of meditation available based on personal preferences and goals, including mindfulness meditation, mantra meditation, and transcendental meditation. Regardless of the type of meditation, daily practice can lead individuals to feel calmer, more relaxed, and aware of their inner selves, resulting in a better quality of life. Review of Literature Meditation is a technique that aims to train our minds to be more focused and aware of a specific object. Common meditation focuses include our breath, mantras, or visualizations. The purpose of meditation is to help us quiet our minds and concentrate better, boosting our self-awareness and emotional regulation. The meditation technique is an ancient practice commonly associated with spiritual traditions like Buddhism, Hinduism, and Taoism. However, it has become increasingly popular in the West as a way to improve mental health and well-being. Meditation offers numerous health benefits, physical and mental. Various studies have proven that it can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, while also boosting memory and cognitive functions. Practicing meditation regularly can also improve our overall well-being, heart health, and immune system. To practice meditation, one typically needs a quiet, comfortable space where they can sit undisturbed with their legs crossed or in a chair. Meditation revolves around observing one's breath deliberately, without judgment, as we focus our thoughts and attention. We are supposed to acknowledge any thoughts that arise without attaching to them and return our focus to our breath. In the book titled, ¨Meditation, First and last step From Understanding and Practice¨, Ivan, mentions, that meditation gives us a greater sense of self-awareness, helps us regulate our emotions and responses, and ultimately enhances our relationships and mental health. In the end, we achieve peace of mind and inner well-being by learning how to direct our thoughts, emotions, and behavior. (Antic, 2020) Meditation is also known and widely accepted as the proper term ¨contemplation¨, which comes from the word contemplatio, an act of obtaining a higher place, or (templum). When an individual meditates, they employ a method to improve their focus and awareness, leading to a state of mental stability, emotional tranquillity and clarity. Techniques used in meditation can include mindfulness and concentrating the mind on a specific subject, activity, or object. Meditation is also moving in a state of being in the present moment, and experiencing oneness, known as Samadhi which I will be explaining more in-depth as we go further into this thesis. (7) The word "meditate" has its roots in Latin, and it connotes deep reflection and contemplation. Essentially, it means to concentrate one's thoughts on a specific idea to keep mental focus. When one meditates, they ponder or reflect on an idea. If done correctly, this can help tether the mind to the present and prevent it from being pulled away by various distractions. It is common for people to experience a deluge of thoughts, often referred to as the monkey mind, which can make it hard to stay focused. By concentrating on a singular thought or concept, this tendency can be overcome, and focus can be more readily maintained. Meditation is a helpful tool to achieve clarity of mind and to be present in the moment, away from the distractions of the world. (Clement, Phd. 2) Meditation or contemplation is a technique that helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of reality in an expedited manner. Specifically, it is a way to eliminate the illusion of time during which we mistakenly identify ourselves as something other than our true selves. Through meditation, individuals can synchronize with reality, as this is the primary lesson and purpose of these practices. Meditation involves two primary elements – concentration (directed focus) and awareness (mindfulness of surroundings and focus). These elements are also fundamental to the accomplishment of any productive endeavour. By focusing one's attention on the task at hand and being fully aware of the topic, one can achieve greater success. These two elements can frequently be noticed in action in your surroundings. (33) By being able to keep your focus and attention it can help your attention span and others will notice this about you. In this book ¨Meditation for Beginners¨, Stephanie really hits the nail on the head when describing meditation as concentration and awareness. I notice that while meditating daily my attention span stays in one place much longer, especially while listening to someone else, my attention no longer flits all over the place like a butterfly, instead, I really pay attention to what they have to say. (Antic 2020) It is evident in today's society, particularly with the widespread use of smartphones, social media, and now platforms like TikTok, that humans have an incredibly short attention span. In an article titled "Human Attention Span Shortens to 8 Seconds Due to Digital Technology: 3 Ways to Stay Focused," it is noted that the digital age bears a significant burden on this issue. Due to the constant stream of condensed information, such as tweets and emojis that dominate modern communication, it is no surprise that people are finding it increasingly difficult to focus. This fact has been validated by a recent study performed by Microsoft Corporation that underscores how modern people have lost the ability to concentrate. Data shows that the typical human attention span has decreased from 12 seconds to a mere eight seconds over the course of the last decade. The study cites the pervasive nature of digital technology and pervasive use of smartphones and other similar devices as the root cause of this phenomenon. The study further adds that our brains, which are always bombarded with massive amounts of information, have become rewired, making it incredibly challenging to stay focused. The author suggests various ways to overcome this challenge and train our minds, such as limiting screen time, taking breaks, and engaging in mental exercises such as meditation. Ultimately, it is essential to understand the negative impacts of our digital lifestyle and how we can best mitigate these effects to enhance the clarity of our thoughts. (Boreli n.p.) The outcome of a recent study revealed that the average human attention span has drastically decreased from 12 seconds (in 2000) to only eight seconds in the present era. This means that people's attention span is even inferior to that of a typical goldfish, which lasts for nine seconds. The study showed that this decline in attention was observed in all age groups and genders. However, the research also discovered some interesting revelations about people's attention span. For instance, 18-34 year-olds had a sustained focus rate of 31%, while those aged 55 and above had a slightly better rate, at around 35%. It was also found that male attention span was slightly better at 33% compared to females, who showed a rate of 31%. Although the decline in attention span is alarming, the study's findings regarding multitasking were positive. Researchers discovered that people's ability to multitask had significantly improved. This could be attributed to constant exposure to technology, which helps people become more adept at multitasking. Overall, the study highlights the decreasing attention span of people in the present era, which is attributed to various factors such as technology and digital distractions. However, despite the alarming trend, people's ability to multitask has improved significantly, which could be of potential benefit in some situations. (Para. 5) Meditation is increasingly valuable in the present day. The act of meditating and practicing mindfulness enables individuals to become more aware and attentive, with numerous benefits such as stress relief, inflammation reduction, decreased anxiety, heightened attention span, and improved memory. (Boreli n.p.) According to Sukel and Kayt, meditation encourages a state of heightened awareness. This state of consciousness promotes a sense of connection with everything in the environment, encouraging a feeling of oneness. This elevated awareness results in the intensification of one's sense faculties such as hearing, sight, and psychic ability. Consequently, meditation is a useful tool when individuals desire to increase their sense of unity with the surroundings and heightened focusing capacity. This is exactly the elevated feeling that many including myself have experienced so many times. This article seriously vibed with me. (Sukel & Kayt n.p.) Samadhi is a remarkably unique level of consciousness that goes beyond the three standard states of being, which include being awake, dreaming, and in deep sleep. This cerebral state is achieved by reaching a state of focused concentration that suppresses mental activity. When a person reaches the deepest state of Samadhi, all components form a perfect integration that results in the loss of the concept of self, and both the subject and the object are entirely merged. According to Barbara, who has experienced this phenomenal state, reaching a point of Samadhi feels like becoming weightless and immersing with another being. During her experience, she felt her consciousness blending with the flying seagull, making her become pure consciousness. This particular state provided her with unparalleled inner truth and helped her dissolve any anxiety related to death since she realized that the body is ephemeral and that a person is not their physical form. (Obrian n.p.) Through the realization of the highest divine reality, the meditant disappears as there is only the divine reality that exists. The meditant dissolves into the divine reality, which turns inward and becomes itself. The illusion of time vanishes during meditation, revealing the ultimate truth that man is, in essence, the universal presence of the supreme divine reality. This supreme divine reality is the source of consciousness, which gives rise to the existence of the entire universe and all universes. The essence of everything, including our soul, is the divine consciousness. The consciousness within us arises from the consciousness of the soul. Therefore, by recognizing the wider context beyond our physical existence and individual experiences, we can attain cognition of our soul's consciousness. This awareness allows us to understand that the divine consciousness is beyond any individual existence and is the universal essence of all. (Antic, 2020) Meditation enables us to realize the truth that man is the universal presence of the supreme divine reality. The divine consciousness is the essence of everything, including our soul, and enables us to understand the broader context of our existence. By recognizing the consciousness of our soul, we can attain a higher level of awareness and understanding beyond our physical existence and individual experiences.(10) In the state of Samadhi, the mind is incredibly clear, and sense perceptions are heightened. During this state, the distractions of daily life and the external world fade away as a person attains enlightenment and pure consciousness. People who have experienced Samadhi, describe it as a feeling of inner peace, transcendence, and transcendental consciousness. Additionally, it is a state that is believed to provide people with a deeper understanding of the universe, life, and the existence of all things. The concept of Samadhi is one that transcends the religious and philosophical boundaries and has been practiced for thousands of years. It's a state that aims to eliminate distractions to realities and helps individuals move from a limited sense of self to pure consciousness. Samadhi can be attained through different meditation techniques and rituals, but requires patience, dedication and a significant amount of mental discipline to reach. It's a deeply personal and transformative state of being that can provide people with an unparalleled level of spiritual awakening and inner clarity. (Obrian, n.p.) Mystical Meditation allows individuals to attain a higher state of consciousness by connecting with Universal Consciousness, also known as the Mind of God, which exists within the deepest center of the mind. With consistent practice, one can establish and maintain a mystical union with God-Mind or Universal Intelligence, which will provide numerous benefits. (Masters, Meditation Dynamics 2022) These benefits include a more peaceful and calm state of mind throughout the day, intuitive guidance for decision-making, increased confidence due to divine support, improved creativity, increased energy levels, attracting and maintaining love, enhanced physical and emotional well-being, inner beauty radiating outward, and greater awareness of one's soul's purpose. These benefits are a direct result of establishing a closer connection with the Consciousness of God within oneself. (4) When we realize that we are the center of our universe and the universe is within us, it is up to us to create the world we wish. After experiencing meditation, individuals often feel more inclined to pursue their belief in the metaphysical. This is due to the validation of their ideas, as meditation appears to provide a realization of the metaphysical to the individual. (Masters Degree Curriculum 2:41) Instead of being told by someone how to believe, with mediation we validate by knowing, or Gnosis. This concept abides by the golden rule, according to Hermes Trismegistus, ¨As Above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul¨ tells us exactly that whereas the power of belief can definitely move mountains. As above, so below" is a phrase commonly used to describe the idea that what happens in the spiritual or metaphysical realm is reflected in the physical realm as well. This concept can be traced back to ancient philosophical and spiritual traditions, such as Hermeticism and Kabbalah, and has since been adopted by various belief systems and practices, including astrology and alchemy. The phrase suggests that there is a fundamental interconnectedness between all aspects of the universe, and that the macrocosm and microcosm mirror each other in various ways. (Cavendish, n.p.) When we move into this powerful state, we then realize we are the master and creator of our own universe. According to sage Patanjali, Samadhi is the state reached during meditation when one gains insight into the goal and all thoughts dissolve from the mind. When meditation is no longer a separate practice and becomes interwoven with the ultimate goal, Samadhi is reached. It is considered the supreme state of human consciousness, in which individuals are temporarily released from their limited ego awareness and merge into universal consciousness, experiencing the beauty of infinite life. While these states of expanded consciousness are rare, they confirm that we, too, possess the potential to reach them. The science of Yoga & Meditation helps individuals achieve these ecstatic states beyond ordinary human thought and emotion. However, it is not just for personal benefit alone but should be translated into expressions that allow others to share, even if only momentarily, the spiritual Realization experience. At this point, all sense of separation disappears, and life is seen as One. (Lind & Harris n.p.) Existence, or beingness, which lacks any foundation or base, is the basis for all creation, including our personal existence. It is the absolute and ultimate reality, exceeding any possible conception of something or nothing; transcending all notions entirely. Any notion we may devise regarding actuality will inevitably be insufficient to grasp it. (Disvevia, Nicola 2022) Despite our ongoing efforts to further comprehend our being, it will forever elude our capacity for thought and understanding. Yet, it is not altogether inscrutable due to the fact that we ourselves comprise our individual essence. (9) I like how Dr. Paul Leon describes this experience as being ¨Born Again¨. The true definition of "Born Again" lies within a mystical experience of a state of consciousness. It involves an individual being mentally reborn through experiencing a divine consciousness first hand, which is a departure from the ordinary conscious activity of an average person. (Masters Degree Curriculum 2:10) According to the book ¨Awakening The Buddha Within¨, Lama Surya Das mentions, that all sentient beings possess innate awareness, and meditation is the most effective way to cultivate it. Purifying and disciplining the mind is achieved through meditation, with the ultimate goal of achieving enlightenment and understanding reality, or "clear seeing" as the Buddha described it. The practice of meditation aims to awaken individuals to the authenticity and immediacy of life in the present moment. Through cultivating awareness in the present moment, people can connect with their true selves and find a sense of home within. The concept of awareness is not restricted to humans alone. All sentient beings have an inherent sense of awareness. Meditation is proven to be the best way to hone this awareness, which is a fundamental ingredient on the path to awakening the Buddha within. The main objective of meditation is to purify and discipline the mind. It is an inward journey that often culminates in enlightenment, which is nothing but directly perceiving reality or truth. It is often referred to as "clear seeing," a term coined by the Buddha. With regular practice, meditation can help individuals perceive "things as they are" and wake up to the very essence of life itself. The goal is not just an end result, but meditation is primarily a journey towards that goal. Cultivating present, moment-by-moment awareness through meditation enables people to live in the present and live life authentically. This awareness is not just external but a deep internal connection with oneself. It helps people to connect with their true self and find a sense of home within. Meditation provides a path for individuals to access their innate inner wisdom and purify it of any internal or external noise. People can transcend the clutter that surrounds their mental and physical spaces and move towards stillness. (Das, Surya Lama 1997) Meditation is a challenging practice; however, when coupled with patience and consistency, it can work wonders. It gives those who practice it the tools to help work through life's challenges. Stillness is an incredibly powerful state that helps people to become aware of the interconnectedness of their lives and the world around them. It helps center people and lets them gain a profound sense of clarity, creativity, and inspiration. The ultimate goal of meditation is not to attain mere intellectual knowledge but to gain experiential insight, which is a major step towards becoming a conscious member of the Universe. (302) Without a doubt, Yoga is the most versatile spiritual practice in the world, which includes meditation, originating from the rich spirituality of ancient India. The sages and pundits of India have explored numerous metaphysical problems and solutions, with the range of psychospiritual possibilities extending from paranormal states to God-realization and permanent enlightenment (sahaja-samâdhi or spontaneous ecstasy). The ancient Indian philosophers and spiritual thinkers have developed a range of methods and lifestyles over a span of five millennia, with each method aiming to liberate human beings from their conditioning and facilitate the realization of their identity with the eternal Reality. (Feuerstein 2008). The established traditions of psychospiritual growth in India are acknowledged as paths to liberation, their objective being to liberate individuals from their conventional social conditioning, thereby releasing them from human suffering, which often arises as a result of unconscious conditioning. As a result, Yoga practices and their various traditions serve to assist the realization of God or the Self, leading to an experience of utter bliss. Indian spirituality not only provides methods to enable transcendence of conventional human consciousness but also enables the experience of the absolute Reality, which is surpassed by nothing else. Indian spirituality is of the view that these paths to enlightenment are not only beneficial but absolutely essential, as they lead to the expansion of consciousness, mental clarity, and peace in mind. Yoga teachings are not just centered on physical exercise and posture but make the mind and spirit a priority, as they seek to provide methods to transcend mental and social conditioning. Thus, the ultimate goal of Yoga is not restricted to physical well-being but rather it is about achieving a fully integrated mind-body-spiritual state. Yoga provides invaluable tools to achieve liberation from the fear, illusions, and limitations that hold us from true awareness and happiness. Through practicing Yoga, we realize our potential as spiritual beings, and may achieve oneness with the divine.(476) Discussion From my personal understanding of meditation and my personal journey with anxiety, I have found that practicing regular meditation can help calm the mind and lead to greater clarity, focus, and calmness in handling any situation. It can be an excellent alternative to harmful medications that can have negative side effects like fatigue, loss of motivation, loss of creativity, and weight gain. For me, meditation was a way to address my own anxiety and sleep issues without medications and has brought more abundance and opportunities into my life than I ever thought possible. Through meditation, I have experienced synchronicities and felt as though the universe was guiding me during times of stress. Meditation also allowed me to experience a sense of oneness and connect with my higher self, which has eliminated my fear of death and allowed me to understand that the kingdom of God is within each of us, as stated in the Gospel of Thomas. Jesus says: "If those who seek to attract you say to you: 'See, the Kingdom is in heaven!' then the birds of heaven will be there before you. If they say to you: 'It is in the sea!' then the fish will be there before you. But the kingdom is within you and it is outside of you!" (Gospel of Thomas, logion 3) By quieting the mind and practicing meditation, it’s possible to find inner joy and free oneself from fear, anxiety, depression, and negative thoughts. It’s important to note that meditation is a personal journey, and everyone experiences it differently. Some may find it easier than others, and it takes time to develop a regular practice that works for you. However, the benefits of regular meditation are numerous and can lead to a sense of peace and calmness in handling any situation that life throws our way. It can also open the door to a deeper sense of spirituality and connection to the universe, as well as allowing individuals to reap the medical benefits of reduced stress levels, clearer thinking, and improved sleep. According to many mystics, the ultimate Reality is a state of pure bliss, which is not merely the absence of pain or discomfort, nor is it a state of the brain or nervous system. Rather, it is a state beyond pain and pleasure and transcends any human experience. Mystics claim that when they realize this transcendental Identity, they become one with that Reality and cease to experience it as an external event or state. Therefore, instead of referring to this highest accomplishment on the spiritual path as a mystical experience, it is more appropriate to use terms like God-realization, Self-realization, enlightenment, or liberation. This acknowledges the profound transformation that occurs in the individual's awareness and being when they achieve this level of spiritual awareness.(Feuerstein 2008) The experience of ultimate Reality is often referred to as blissful, but this experience should not be equated with the common notion of happiness derived from external circumstances. Rather, it is a state beyond ordinary human emotion, which is not dependent on any external factor and is not subject to change. It is an experience of complete unity with the divine, which is beyond any dualistic notions of good or bad. Mystics claim that there is no clear-cut separation between the individual and the divine, and that the realization of the ultimate reality is not a one-time experience but a continuous state of being. The individual is no longer merely a part of the whole but becomes one with the whole, and this experience manifests in all aspects of their being. Therefore, the path to God- or Self-realization involves a profound shift in awareness from an individualized sense of self to a state of ultimate unity with the divine. This shift requires a radical transformation of consciousness and the dissolution of all dualistic notions of self and other. The ultimate Reality is not something to be attained or acquired but a state of being that already exists within every individual. The mystic's task is to realize this state of being and transcend all physical, mental, and emotional limitations to become one with the divine.(467) The state of Samadhi is not easily attainable as it requires immense dedication, deep concentration, and a considerable amount of mental discipline. During this state of consciousness, the meditator experiences an acute awareness of their surroundings, and the outside world fades into oblivion. Instead, a deep sense of inner peace and clarity takes over, providing the individual with a spiritual awakening that helps them to perceive reality through a new lens. The end goal of practicing Samadhi is to attain a profound understanding of the universe, life, and the existence of all things. Individuals who have attained this level of consciousness describe it as a transformative experience that provides them with unparalleled spiritual clarity. The concept of Samadhi transcends beyond its origins in religious and spiritual practices and has been adopted in many cultures and communities throughout the world. It is a state of consciousness that emphasizes the attainment of a heightened sense of awareness and connectivity that is deeply personal and transformative. Despite the challenges of achieving Samadhi, the potential rewards of attaining this state of consciousness make it a popular pursuit among practitioners of religious, spiritual, and mindfulness practices. Samadhi is a state of meditation that demands focus, discipline, and mindfulness. Once a person enters this state, they experience inner peace, stillness, and a heightened connection to the divine. Practicing meditation regularly to reach this state will help individuals relax, reduce stress levels, improve their concentration, and manage their emotions in a healthier way. The benefits of achieving samadhi can be transformative and have a significant impact on a person's overall well-being, including physical, emotional, and spiritual health. It can also enhance psychic abilities and increase awareness in lucid dreaming and astral traveling. Dr. Paul Leon mentioned something very interesting and powerful when he stated, The philosophy and psychology of metaphysics are created almost entirely from higher states of consciousness experienced in meditation. (Masters Degree Curriculum 2:40) Now let´s sit with that for a moment!! This is very similar to Jesus´s experience. In the Bible there are instances where he retreated to quiet places to pray or be alone with God, which could be interpreted as meditation-like practices. For example, in Luke 5:16, it is stated: "But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed." Similarly, in Mark 1:35, it is written: "Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed." These verses suggest that Jesus sought solitude and stillness to commune with God, which could be seen as a form of meditation. This pretty much sums it up in regards to connecting with source through meditation, ¨The Kingdom of Heaven, metaphysically speaking, is not an after-death place, but this Higher Inner Mind into which a person may enter and commune, and become One with the Infinite Mind.¨( Masters Degree Curriculum 2:10) With my experiences, after meditating when feeling a little tired from the day, I will feel refreshed and supercharged with all of the answers pouring into my mind from the questions I asked prior to meditating. It truly makes a difference. I suggest if you are feeling confused, or indecisive about anything, meditation can truly help you make the appropriate decision with clarity! What I do is ask a question to the universe of what I need clarity on, then I go into meditation. I may get the answer right away while meditating, or sometime after, it could be within hours, days or a week. But you will get the answer to your questions. As it states in the New Testament of the bible, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.¨(Matthew 7:7) Those who awaken to the truth within themselves and acknowledge the existence of a higher power will no longer need external control from authority figures like the government. Awakening is happening globally, with many people questioning the purpose of their existence and the reasons behind traumatic events like the Covid pandemic. During the pandemic, many people turned to meditation to manage their fear and stay connected to the source. This time was challenging for many, but my husband and I managed to overcome it without contracting the virus, unlike everyone we knew. Perhaps regular meditation played a part in our protection because it raised our frequency to a loving vibration. Conclusion The practice of meditation is focused on training the mind to concentrate on a specific object, which can include anything from the breath to mantras or visual images. One of the primary benefits of this practice is that it can help increase our self-awareness and enable us to manage our thoughts and emotions more effectively. In order to meditate, individuals should sit in a comfortable position, remain as still as possible, and close or keep their eyes open while focusing on a physical object or their breath. Deep breathing and a focus on the present moment can help retain mental focus, despite any thoughts, emotions or sensations that may arise. During a meditation, it is best to observe any mental or physical stimulus without judgment and then gently redirect this awareness to the breath or principle object. Regular meditation sessions can be used to help alleviate stress, enhance ability to concentrate and lead to greater feelings of inner peace and overall well-being. This practice can also be done anywhere and at any time, so it can be used to help individuals manage stress and achieve greater inner peace at their discretion. As we deepen our meditative practice, we start to experience a state of Samadhi; this occurs when we realize our consciousness, which is a state of beingness, that exists beyond our body and ego. We overcome the little self, our ego, and become the all-encompassing Great I AM. This expanded awareness makes every day mundane issues less trying as we have a greater sense of who we are, and our true purpose in this life. We begin to recognize that we live as one and are eternal, with infinite potential, we become aware that this plane of existence is a just a place to play, experiment and have different experiences so that we can evolve into elevated states of consciousness. When we move into this blissful state, of Samadhi daily, we´re not only in a constant state of joy, and have little stress, we can easily manifest the things we desire also! As a business owner, whenever work is very slow, and I catch myself constantly worrying if I have more clients or not, and the low self-esteem begins to set in that I´m not worth enough, I stop myself and meditate immediately. This blissful state of being moves you away from the mundane and daily stresses. Just letting go and surrendering to what is and allowing whatever to happen. It allows me to trust in the All, and feel confident that everything will work out. This is what meditation has helped me with for so many years. This also includes the miracles and magic that comes in when the Universe just aligns you up with what you´ve been asking for. Very much like what the movie ¨The Secret¨, but I feel they didn´t put too much emphasis into meditation, only Law of Attraction. Meditation was only explained for a few minutes, which is a shame, because that is the missing key to connecting with your Greater I Am, the All Knowing you that can manifest anything it wants. Practicing meditation according to Lama Surya Das instruction, will help you achieve higher states of awareness known as samadhi, a powerful experience that can significantly improve a person's overall well-being. Once people awaken to the truth within themselves and acknowledge the existence of a higher power, they no longer need external control from authority figures like the government. The pandemic was a challenging time, and many individuals turned to meditation to manage their fear and stay connected to the source. Regular meditation practice may have played a part in some individuals' immunity to the virus, including my husband and me. Now I´m not here to make any false statements or claims, but I can only speak from experience. In conclusion, meditation is a powerful tool that can transform an individual's life. Daily meditation practice can help to overcome personal limitations, connect with one’s higher self and improve overall quality of life. With the many benefits offered, this thesis aims to encourage individuals to take up daily meditation practice as a simple and effective way to enhance their physical, emotional, heighten psychic awareness, lucid dreaming and astral traveling, helps manifest your deepest wishes, and mental well-being.
